Episode 44: National Treasure (2004)

This episode we leap with stunt person Heidi Moneymaker to Nicolas Cage adventure film National Tresaure. That’s twice in a row that Keanu could have been chosen as a leaper, and twice he was overlooked! What is going on? Will we overlook leaping with Nic Cage next?!?

Season 2, Episode 17

THE Leap

How did we leap here?

Stunts: Heidi Moneymaker

From: John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum

Chosen by:
Crew (Mike)
Film (Scott)

Scott keeps picking films Mike loves. Why is that? This time Mike chooses Heidi Moneymaker who has done a whole bunch of Marvel films, in the hope that Scott will be forced to finally see a marvel film for this podcast, but instead Scott found a film in which Heidi Moneymaker is an uncredited stunt person, and so we are now watching National Treasure (which opens up the possibility of leaping with Nic Cage again which is exiting!).

Where are we leaping to?

Actor: Harvey Keitel

To: The Grand Budapest Hotel

Chosen by:
Actor (Glenn)
Film (Mike)

Harvey Keitel has a great variety of roles and Glenn was hoping we could get to Tarantino by picking leaper Harvey Keitel. Instead we are going to the visually pleasing Wes Anderson film The Grand Budapest Hotel.
